Peter helped settle a claim on behalf of a retired couple in which the Director of a debtor Company stripped it of assets worth £1.8m.
The Judge, having examined the conduct of the Director, found him to have been guilty of misfeasance and in breach of his fiduciary duties.
A full recovery plus interest and costs (on the indemnity basis) were recovered from the misfeasant Director.
