Since 2006, Michael has been resolving disputes for clients in a no-nonsense way. He believes involving his team early in any potential dispute is key to bringing about a timely and cost-effective solution.

He is a trained commercial mediator having qualified with the Society of Mediators in 2020. As an example of a successful resolution, Michael has recently settled a long-standing construction dispute through mediation on behalf of an international trust client.
This involved a dispute with contractors that had been ongoing for 11 years.
With Michael’s involvement, the successful outcome provided certainty, crystallising the position for the trust client, allowing works at the property to be completed.
