The following is a recent - and typical - testimonial, which was given by a senior professional working in dispute resolution
“I was impressed by your efforts at early engagement with the parties, which helped set the stage for the day itself; there was good rapport and mutual understanding from the outset as a result of the pre-mediation telecons.
At the mediation, you were calm and collected throughout and I found your thorough knowledge of the sector of great assistance with one client, in particular.
Of especial help were your steers on the framing of offers and then with the precise phrasing of the settlement agreement. All in all, our team was very grateful for the manner in which you handled the matter and brought the parties to the resolution of a dispute which I, for one, thought had the makings of becoming somewhat intractable!”
Noted as “one of the most client-centred lawyers I have ever come across” and for being “tenacious and extremely able”.
Carolyn is ranked as a Leading Mediator in Legal 500’s - 2022, 2023 and 2024 editions.
