Set Value Panel
All mediators are required to meet high standards and have been carefully selected because of their potential to become experts in their respective fields.
All set value disputes are conducted in accordance with the Civil Mediation Council’s fixed fees mediation scheme.
However, in the very unlikely event that your dispute does not settle, by using Mediator Locator, your mediator may be able to provide a non-binding opinion using their expertise, experience and judgement.
Mediator Locator will carefully select a suitable mediator for your dispute, after which you engage with them directly.
We make no charge for selecting your mediator.

£5,000 or less* | £125 + VAT | 2 hours – telephone/video mediation |
£5,000 to £15,000* | £320 + VAT | 3 hours |
£15,000 – £50,000 | £445 + VAT | 4 hours |
*For Mediations above £5k, it will be up to the mediator to decide whether the mediation will be via telephone / video or in person
Each additional hour is charged at £100 + VAT per party
