She has considerable corporate and corporate governance experience and advises on a range of commercial contracts, company law issues, subsidy control, financing, board governance matters and shareholder issues.
Sophie has particular expertise in the application of procurement exemptions to outsource or insource service delivery models, making use of Teckal and Hamburg (horizontal and vertical) structures for a range of public bodies.
